Eastlake High School Addition
The Eastlake High School Addition was undertaken to accommodate Lake Washington School District’s decision to move the 9th grade into the existing facility. The new addition included a new two-story classroom wing, an auxiliary gym addition, expansion of the commons/cafeteria, and partial reconfiguration of the site circulation. The classroom and auxiliary gym addition were purposely designed to integrate seamlessly with the original architecture with simultaneously communicating a contemporary feel. The project was designed in association with Fanning Howey.
