‘Our new school is state of the art and the pride of our community. HOA has exceeded our expectations and has become a true partner in building our new school.’

Joel S. Thaut, Superintendent
Granite Falls School District

Granite Falls High School opened in two-and-a-half years after programming started. The accelerated timeline to design and construct the project was possible due to the support and shared vision of the surrounding community and the relationship between Granite Falls School District and Hutteball & Oremus Architecture. The new Granite Falls High School has light and airy balconies that allow students to move between classes and activities. The auditorium can be accessed from both the top and ground floors. When not in use, the seats can fold up and be hidden to allow more room in the cafeteria. The skewed faces and sloped glass throughout the building can cast dramatic shadows and sometimes appear to reflect or glow.
