The new Health Sciences Building doubles the capacity for dental assistant and nursing assistant programs at Puget Sound Skills Center (PSSC). The new building contains a lecture hall, three classrooms, a nursing skills lab, a biology lab, a dental skills lad and the Sea Mar Dental Clinic. It provides the PSSC campus with visibility from Des Moines Memorial Drive and creates an identity for the school. The Health Sciences Building will welcome current students, attract prospective students and provides a professional building to encourage the students to adopt a professional attitude and outlook as they transition from students to healthcare professionals.
