‘We showed how the architects, electricians, and designers worked together and shared the story of the construction with the students. They truly understand the thinking, planning and teamwork that went into Twin Falls.’

Ruth Moen, Principal
Twin Falls Middle School

Twin Falls Middle School, named after one of the most famous waterfalls of the Pacific Northwest has three academic wings that converge into the commons. Each of the wings supports nearly an entire grade level. Science areas in each wing have easy access to outdoor learning opportunities. The commons contain the school’s community center, cafeteria, and auditorium. The commons are commonly referred to as the “living room” of the school. Branching off of the commons, the library is given a special position at the quieter, back area of the school and is a favorite place of comfort, beauty, and resources. The large glass windows at the reading area provide an unobstructed view of the wooded slopes and the rocky precipice of Mount Si.
