“We were drawn to the project by the well thought-out design drawings. Their sensible approach to the design kept our costs down and ultimately has proven to be just what we had anticipated.”

The original Highlands Elementary School, built in 1969, was replaced to support Renton School District’s advanced elementary curriculum and technological needs. The two-story design makes efficient use of the small site. The tall windows and high ceilings bring natural light into the building and open to outstanding views of the Olympic Mountains. The gymnasium, commons, and stage are flexible and can be combined when event space needs to be maximized.
