“I believe that the HOA team will be an asset to any project for which they are contracted as their eagerness, advocacy skills, architectural and management expertise, coupled with their concern for community show in every aspect of what they do.”

Clint Marsh, Former Project Manager

Jefferson Elementary School was drastically modernized to condense a six-building footprint into a three-building footprint, providing a more cohesive community atmosphere. A phased modernization process was utilized to create a new two-story classroom wing, modifications to the kitchen/cafeteria building and a complete renovation of the existing gymnasium. The new classroom wing provided 21 new classrooms. The new design redirects the circulation from exterior walkways to interior spaces.
