“As an architectural designer with a strong background in graphic and interior design, I have learned that design has no boundaries in its application. Ultimately, this provided an opportunity to hone-in on what I am most passionate about: educational architecture. I believe that children are our foundation, and that as designers, we can make a positive difference in their lives.”
Ray’s passion for educational architecture is inspired by how children are so closely engaged in their environment and his own excitement for the possibilities of what this space can become to help spark their imagination and creativity.
He utilizes his broad experience in graphic design, interior design, and architectural design to embrace all aspects of a project and likes getting his boots dirty on-site to help manage the project’s progress through successful completion. Ray enjoys and understands the importance of the collaborative process by listening carefully to all members of the team and sharing his constructive ideas.
In his spare time, Ray enjoys hiking, swimming, cooking, and playing with his two cats. As an avid collector of legos, Ray also co-owns a Lego store in his hometown of Hong Kong.
