Monroe High School sits above Highway 9 acting as the district flagship for all those who enter the city of Monroe. It not only represents an advanced learning center, but is also a community focal point.
After the high school was completed, HOA was asked to upgrade the fields at the High School to competition standards. The site was fully developed with synthetic turf competition fields supporting district and community use. The highlight of the $3.2 million upgrade project is the 2,500-seat covered stadium for football, soccer, and track with restrooms, a concession stand, and field storage incorporated below the grandstands. The orientation of the stadium and field provides an inspiring view eastward to the Cascade Mountains.
