Kevin has devoted his entire career to educational planning and design. His drive for better schools led him to found Hutteball + Oremus Architecture to focus solely on design for education. It’s a passion that has become a reality through working with school districts around the state of Washington who benefit from his intelligent, service-driven approach.

As a Principal of the firm, he actively shapes the design direction and guides the firm’s efforts to ensure the satisfaction of clients and end users. He enjoys working with school district personnel, community members, and students to create facilities that will leave a lasting impact on the surrounding communities. The trust he has garnered within the profession speaks to his achievements while providing him with the opportunity to build upon the elemental relationships within each project.

When Kevin isn’t overseeing HOA projects, you can find him rooting for the Mariners at T-Mobile Park or relaxing on his boat in the San Juan Islands.
